*The bilateral agreements between the Green Card Bureau of Russia and the Green Card Bureau of Belarus on the one hand, and the Green Card Bureaux of the EEA countries, Switzerland and the UK on the other hand were terminated in 2022. Following the transition period, the termination of the bilateral agreements has taken effect on 1 June 2023. The COB 2023 General Assembly decided to suspend the membership of the Green Card Bureau of Russia and the membership of the Green Card Bureau of Belarus, as of 30 June 2023 for an undetermined period of time.

• As of 1 June 2023 cross border traffic between Russia and Belarus and the EEA countries, Switzerland
  and the UK is subject to frontier insurance.
• As of 30 June 2023, the cross border traffic between Russia and Belarus and the remaining non-EEA
  countries (AL, AND, AZ, BIH, IR, MD, MNE, MA, MK, SRB, TN, TR as well as Russia and Belarus
  respectively) can be subject to frontier insurance.

**The membership of the Green Card Bureau of Iran will be suspended as of 1 January 2024 for an undetermined period.

• No Green Cards issued in Iran, or covering for the territory of Iran will be acceptable as of 1 January 2024.
• As of 1 January 2024 cross border traffic between Iran and all other member countries of COB, including EEA and non-EEA countries, will be subject to frontier insurance.
